• Communications — messages you send us through forms, email, or support channels.

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years after closure to meet tax and legal obligations. Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and role-based access control. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

Build IT Now is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
